CONSTRUCTION

Mr. Winegar has an extensive background in the construction industry. Before entering the practice of law he spent nearly twenty years in the construction industry. He has held positions in both labor and management in both union and non-union settings. He began his career as an apprentice electrician and quickly rose through the ranks as a construction foreman, project manager, vice-president and president. Mr. Winegar has managed construction projects in excess of one million dollars and continues to maintain his master electrician certification. He has testified at trial as an expert witness in the field of electrical construction and provided investigative reports and identification of accident causing system failure and design defects.
